“Bawe Bich Raihan Wali” Song Released by Rakesh Mahajan

 

Jammu, 12 March 2026: In an effort to promote the Dogri language and the rich cultural heritage of the Dogra community, a new Dogri song titled “Bawe Bich Raihan Wali” was officially released today at the BJP State Headquarters by Rakesh Mahajan, State Vice President, BJP.

The song has been sung and written by Rajni Sufi, while the music has been composed by Dr. V. Ketne. The video has been produced by K. Kemrottra, and the song has been released under the label of the Rajni Sufi YouTube Channel.

Speaking on the occasion, Rakesh Mahajan, State Vice President BJP, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has always encouraged local Dogri singers, musicians, and artists. He said that Dogri is our mother tongue, and it is important to promote and preserve it for future generations. He added that the party will continue to support and encourage emerging artists so that they receive proper platforms and opportunities to showcase their talent.

Mahajan further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently emphasized the promotion of regional languages and cultural traditions across the country. Inspired by this vision, BJP leaders in Jammu & Kashmir are actively working to promote local art, language, and culture.

The programme was organized by Sahil Mahajan, Co-Incharge, Sanskriti Art & Culture Cell, BJP. Speaking on the occasion, Sahil Mahajan said that the Sanskriti Art & Culture Cell of BJP is committed to encouraging Dogri artists and promoting the cultural identity of the region. He added that such initiatives will continue in the future so that talented local artists get the recognition and platform they deserve.

Party workers and cultural enthusiasts were also present during the song release ceremony.
