BBIA hails “JAMMU & KASHMIR INDUSTRIAL POLICY 2021-30

20-04-2021: A Meeting of Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) was held today under the Presidentship of Sh. Lalit Mahajan in presence of Sh. Tarun Singla Sr. Vice President, Sh. Ajay Langer Vice President, Sh. Viraaj Malhotra General Secretary, Sh. Rajesh Jain Secretary and Sh. Vivek Singhal Treasurer BBIA, and other Members to discuss the  Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Policy 2021-30 along with Procedural Guidelines & Land Policy.

Stake Holders should be invited for their valuable suggestions before the issuance of requisite Govt. Orders for the simplification of procedure for the timely release of Incentives.

Members present in the meeting conveyed their Heartiest thanks to Sh. Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lt. Governor of J&K UT, Sh. B V R Subrahmanyam (IAS), Chief Secretary, Union Territory of J&K, Sh. Baseer Ahmad Khan, Advisor to Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, Sh. Sh. Arun Kumar Mehta (IAS), Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Sh. Ranjan Prakash Thakur (IRTS) Principal Secretary,  Industries & Commerce Department, Mrs. Anoo Malhotra (KAS), Director, Industries & Commerce Department, Jammu & officials of the Finance & Industries Department for the grant Fiscal Incentives to Existing MSE’s and Large  Scale Units as per the   Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Policy 2021-30 notified on 19-04-2021.

Sh. Lalit Mahajan, Chairman FOIJ & President, BBIA while welcoming the  Jammu & Kashmir Industrial Policy 2021-30 which will provide instant relief to the Existing Industrial Sector suffering very badly in Post GST Regime and after the abolishing of Toll Tax w.e.f 1-1-2020 which includes Incentives as  Subsidy on DG Set, Exemption of Stamp Duty & Court Fees, Subsidy on procurement of Quality Certificate, Subsidy on the Automation, Subsidy on Pollution Control Equipments, Green & Environment Protection Incentives, Turnover Incentives, SGST Incentive, Sanction of Incentives under J&K Package, marketing Support, Entrepreneur & Skill Development Fund,  Incentives from Govt. of India to the Existing Industrial Units of JK UT for which the requisite Govt. Orders shall be issued by Industry Department as well as Finance Department.

We request Sh. Manoj Sinha, Hon’ble Lt. Governor of J&K UT that the Stake Holders should be invited for their valuable suggestions before the issuance of requisite Govt. Orders for the simplification of procedure for the timely release of Incentives.
