Bharatiya Shiksha Board Announces First Ever National Sports Meet for School Students — Check Full Schedule

The multi city event aims to promote physical fitness, discipline, and holistic development among young learners through traditional and modern sports.

New Delhi, Nov 10 : In a bid to promote physical fitness, mental well being, and character development among students, the Bharatiya Shiksha Board (BSB) is set to organise its First National Sports Competition for school students across India. The event will feature a range of traditional and modern sports, bringing together young athletes from BSB affiliated institutions.
The competitions will take place across multiple cities from November 9 to 22, with events scheduled as follows:

November 9–10: Wrestling, Judo, and Malkham at Patanjali Gurukulam Vidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand

November 9–10: Basketball, Handball, and Kabaddi at Patanjali Acharyakulam Vidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand

November 13–14: Volleyball at G.S.S. Inter College, Agra, Uttar Pradesh

November 17–18: Athletics and Badminton at Lalbagh Isabella Thoburn School, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

November 21–22: Yoga and Kho-Kho at American International School, Jaipur, Rajasthan

The competition is expected to foster team spirit, sportsmanship, and physical endurance among students while celebrating India’s diverse sporting traditions.
