The NDA’s manifesto lays out 24 commitments for the next five years, with top priorities including creating one crore government jobs and employment opportunities, setting up mega skill centres in each district, and promoting entrepreneurship through dedicated start-up and MSME initiatives.

To boost industrial development, the NDA promised the establishment of factories and industrial parks across all districts, 100 MSME parks, 50,000 small-scale industries, and a defence corridor and semiconductor manufacturing park in Bihar.

For women empowerment, the manifesto includes Rs 2 lakh financial aid for self-employment, the creation of one crore Lakhpati Didis, and the launch of Mission Karodpati to support aspiring women entrepreneurs.

In the agriculture sector, the alliance pledged to increase annual financial assistance for farmers from Rs 6,000 to Rs 9,000, ensure MSP on all crops, and invest Rs 1 lakh crore to upgrade agricultural infrastructure.

The education and welfare roadmap features the establishment of residential schools for SC/ST students in every sub-division, Rs 2,000 monthly scholarships for SC students in higher education, Rs 10 lakh aid for EBC entrepreneurs, and Rs 5,000 crore for renovating government schools. The NDA also promised quality education from KG to PG and breakfast along with mid-day meals in government schools.

For infrastructure and connectivity, the plan includes constructing seven new expressways, modernising 3,600 km of railway tracks, developing medical colleges in every district, and building a medicity hub to expand healthcare services.

In religious and urban development, the manifesto highlights the construction of a Grand Goddess Janki Temple at Punaura Dham in Sitamarhi and plans for metro networks and international airports in Patna, Darbhanga, Purnea, and Bhagalpur.
