BJP activists are ‘Rashtrasevaks,’ not just political activists: Sat Sharma

Jammu, 07 April 2026: Sat Sharma, President, J&K BJP, and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), addressed a training camp organized under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026’ of Gandhi Nagar Mandal under Jammu South district.

District Prabhari Parduman Singh and District President Naresh Singh Jasrotia also addressed the camp. District Office Bearers, Mandal Presidents, members of Executive Body, senior leaders, and state office bearers residing in the Mandal were present on the occasion.

Sat Sharma, while addressing the training camp session, emphasized that training camps form the backbone of BJP’s organizational strength and ideological clarity. He said that unlike other political parties, BJP is not merely an electoral entity but a mission-driven organization dedicated to nation-building. He said that BJP workers are not just political activists, they are Rashtrasevak guided by the principle of ‘Nation First’. Every worker must understand the ideology, policies, and vision of the party so that they can effectively serve society, he said.

Sharma further highlighted that the BJP, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has ushered in a new era of governance focused on transparency, accountability, and inclusive development. He stressed that the real success of government schemes lies in their implementation at the grassroots level. he stressed that from welfare schemes for the poor and marginalized to initiatives empowering women, youth, and farmers, the Modi government has created a strong framework for socio-economic transformation. It is the responsibility of every BJP activist to ensure that these benefits reach the last person, he added.

Sat Sharma, reiterating the importance of continuous training, said that such programs help workers sharpen their skills, deepen their ideological understanding, and enhance their ability to connect with the masses. He said that BJP’s strength lies in its disciplined and trained cadre. He further added that these Prashikshan camps are instrumental in shaping dedicated workers who work selflessly for the nation.

Parduman Singh, speaking on the occasion, said that these training initiatives strengthen organizational unity and prepare workers to face future challenges with confidence.

Naresh Singh Jasrotia, in his address, stated that the BJP’s worker culture and commitment to public service set it apart from other political parties, and such programs further reinforce that spirit.
