BJP will become the single largest political party in J&K: Kavinder Gupta
Says only BJP can fulfill aspirations of J&K people
Jammu, October 27: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta asserted that the BJP, already recognized as the world’s largest political party, is on track to become the single largest political party in Jammu and Kashmir as well.
He made this statement while addressing a workshop organized by the BJP Jammu North Unit at the revered Devsthan Baba Jitto Shrine in Jhiri, focusing on the ongoing membership drive under the ‘Sangathan Parv.’
During the event, several senior BJP leaders, including Om Khajuria (District President), Bharat Bhushan (DDC Chairman), MLA Surinder Bhagat, Balbir Lal (DDC), Vinay Gupta (Prabhari), Vikas Chowdhury, Abhinav Sharma (Advocate), Nand Kishore, Bhuvnesh Mehta, Mangal Singh, Amarjit Kour (Sarpanch), and Ajay Sharma, were present on the dais, reflecting the united efforts of the party in expanding its outreach.
Kavinder Gupta highlighted that the previous membership drive was a significant success, resulting in over 18 lakh new members joining the party in Jammu and Kashmir. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for their relentless efforts to strengthen the nation, which has inspired people from all walks of life to become part of the BJP family.
“Under the able leadership of PM Modi and the strategic vision of Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP has not only emerged as the world’s largest political party but has also seen a surge in support across the Union Territory. I am confident that this membership drive will once again demonstrate the party’s popularity and bring us closer to our goal of becoming the single largest political entity in Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
Kavinder Gupta appealed to the party cadre to intensify their efforts during the membership drive. He urged them to reach out to every household, village, and locality to spread awareness about the party’s achievements and vision. He highlighted that the BJP’s success is rooted in the strength of its dedicated workers who are committed to serving the people selflessly. He encouraged the party members to engage with the public, understand their issues, and bring them into the fold of the BJP family, reinforcing the party’s mission of building a stronger and united Jammu and Kashmir.
He expressed optimism about the future, stating that the BJP’s principles of “nation first, party next, and self last” will continue to guide the cadre in their efforts to make the party stronger at the grassroots level.
