Gulam Ali Khatana today conducted the “Sampark Se Samarthan”, beneficiaries meet campaign and Sanyukt Morcha Sammelan in remote and backward areas of Bakori, Peedi, Budhal and border town of Rajouri.
A large number of people also joined BJP on the occasion and affirmed their faith in the policies and programs of Modi govt.
Addressing impressive gatherings here, Er. Gulam Ali said that under PM Modi, new India, and New Jammu Kashmir is a reality now. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has enhanced the reputation of India across the world while giving special focus for the upliftment of poor downtrodden people and backward areas. He said that if one visits Jammu and Kashmir or other parts of the country, one won’t believe the developmental strides in the last nine years. The road infrastructure, business opportunities, healthcare, roads, railways, and other areas have witnessed a complete transformation. Govt of India has provided free ration to 82 crore souls, introduced new and innovative ideas like Make in India, Startups, borders have been secured and corruption has decreased to a large extent; and if Rs. 100 are released for the common man, it reaches to the bottom, he said adding the DBT(Direct benefit transfer) has made it sure that the benefits are reaped by all.
Er. Gulam Ali said that the border districts of Rajouri and Poonch have been neglected by the previous regimes and people from these districts go as far as Saudi Arabia for labour work in the absence of any employment opportunities in the area. Lashing out against National Conference, Cong, and PDP, he said that the power brokers of these parties took advantage of the innocent people of the area and considered political power as their ancestral property, and empowered their own family only. “Look at their properties, family members are all high-ranking employees while the fate of the common man is as it is,” said MP Khatana adding, “they are moving in Audi and Mercedes cars while the common man is traveling on foot.”
He urged the people to strengthen the hands of BJP and PM Modi for a progressive and developed India.
