SRINAGAR, JULY 21: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed profound grief over the demise of Ramprasad Kabra, father of Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department and Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Shaleen Kabra.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to Shaleen Kabra and the entire bereaved family during this difficult time.
