Jammu : Deepak Gupta, Vice Chairman of the Board of Management of Citizens’ Cooperative Bank Limited, while pledging to take Citizens’ Cooperative Bank to great heights again, has said that the Bank will once again emerge as the Pride of Jammu. Deepak Gupta said that at one time this bank used to run the economy of Jammu but due to some reasons, its financial condition became weak. but now under the management of a strong leadership, the bank is continuously moving on the path of progress. He said that the day is not far off when this bank will once again become the pride of Jammu. Deepak Gupta was addressing a function organized in his honor by the bank’s Warehouse branch.
Deepak Gupta on this occasion stressed upon the need to strengthen the jammu’s alone local bank which is providing best services to jammuites for the last five decades. The officers of the Citizens’ Cooperative Bank Ltd felicitated Deepak Gupta in the presence of the Chairman of CCBL Parveen Sharma and Director of CCBL S. Charanjit Singh Raina. On this occasion the office bearers of Traders Federation Ware House Abhimanyu Gupta, Dheeraj Mahajan, Rahul Mahajan and Nitish Mahajan were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, Sh Parveen Sharma told that the bank is fully committed in providing every facility to business community of Jammu and the bank management is taking each and every possible step to come upto the expectations of jammuites. Director Sardar Charanjeet Singh Raina said that the financials of the bank are improving and efforts are on to make this bank as one of the leading cooperative bank very soon. Sanjeev Lamba, President of the Citizens’ Cooperative Bank staff association while briefing the board members explained the challenges being faced by the institution at present. Branch manager Rajeev Jandial expressed his staff’s commitment to do everything for the institution.
