Congress linking Azad’s resignation to BJP to hide its tattered internal system: Kavinder

01-09-2022 : Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Dy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta has strongly castigated the Congress leaders for linking resignation of Ghulam Nabi Azad from the Congress Party to Bharatiya Janata Party.

Coming down heavily on the Congress leaders especially those from J&K whose ground level support of the people has been reduced to a big zero today, the former Deputy Chief Minister said that these so called Congress leaders are trying to blame BJP just to hide the tattered internal party system of Congress in which the mother-son duo of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi by resorting to dictatorship of the worst kind have turned the party into a sinking ship with no chance at all left for its revival.

In a statement issued to media here today, Kavinder Gupta said that BJP is least bothered about the resigning of Azad or for that matter any other Congress leader resigning from the party. He called upon the left out Congress leaders to shun sycophancy within the party and go through the contents of Azad’s resignation letter which have exposed the worst form of discrepancies within the Congress that led to its downfall rather destruction. He said that instead of putting the blame on BJP it is high time for the sycophant coterie in the party to conduct a serious introspection of their misdeeds preferring dynastic politics instead of internal democracy.

The senior BJP leader said that BJP is a cadre based Party and resignations, joining of leaving of any one from other parties has no affect on the world’s largest political party that has become the people’s party in letter and spirit today. He reiterated that Azad left Congress due its directionless policies and moreover he felt that leaving the Congress would be ultimately in his beneficial political interest in future.

Meanwhile, Kavinder Gupta along with Vinay Gupta District President, Vikram Randhawa Ex MLC, Councillor Jaideep and Bharat Gupta participated in the Bhandara organized at several places in connection with Nag Panchami at Shastri Nagar, Channi and Satwari. He appealed to the people to maintain communal harmony and brotherhood as was witnessed during Bhandaras at various places today.

At Shastri Nagar, the Langar was organized by Shastri Nagar Welfare Association to mark the occasion of Naag Panchami. Bharat Gupta, Dr SK Gupta, Jyoti Talwar, Pardeep Sharma and Col. K.K Dogra.

Kavinder Gupta also met several deputations and listened to their issues related to basic amenities like power, water and road conditions. After listening to them patiently, he assured to get their issues addressed on priority by taking up the sane with concerned authorities.
