India, Mar 19 : Reality TV star Dakota Mortensen has issued a statement regarding the ongoing domestic assault investigation involving his ex, Taylor Frankie Paul, star of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Speaking through a legal representative to Entertainment Weekly, Mortensen emphasized that their son, Ever, remains his top priority throughout the proceedings.

He clarified that he was not the source of any public disclosure about the case. “I knew there was a possibility it could come out, but I was not going to be the one to proactively do that,” Mortensen said. “I have always wanted a decent relationship with Taylor. It’s been really hard to achieve that, but I want to co-parent well.”

Limited Contact Between Exes

Taylor Frankie Paul previously confirmed that she currently has no contact with Mortensen. She stated that the matter is being handled entirely by third parties and that she “took action” only a few weeks ago.
