DC Poonch reviews Land acquisition for Dev projects

POONCH, FEBRUARY 08: District Collector Poonch, Rahul Yadav on Monday convened a meeting with the concerned officers to review the land acquisition for different developmental projects as per Land Acquisition Act.

The meeting, after threadbare discussion, sanctioned four draft awards of BRO/GREF roads, finalized rates for four other cases of land acquisition including three of the Public Works Department. One land requisition for BRO/GREF and PWD road were deferred for clarification of rate determination.

The DDC asked the concerned authorities to clear the pendency with regard to the payment of the awards within the shortest possible time.

The meeting was attended by  ACR  Rajouri, Mohd. Ashraf; SDM Mendhar, Dr. Sahil Jandyal; SDM Surankote, Mohd. Saleem, besides other concerned officers, were present.
