New Delhi, Oct 24: Delhi Police on Friday arrested two suspected ISIS operatives allegedly planning a terror strike in a crowded area of the national capital. The suspects, both identified as Adnan and residents of Bhopal, were apprehended following actionable intelligence that prompted coordinated operations in Delhi’s Sadiq Nagar and Bhopal, a senior police official said.

The suspects are currently under interrogation to uncover their network and the full extent of their plans. “These arrests have successfully averted a potential terror incident in the capital,” the official confirmed.
