‘Dhurandhar’ Day 14 Box Office: Ranveer Singh Starrer Nears Rs 800 Crore Worldwide

Gangster saga continues its unstoppable run with strong domestic and overseas collections, cementing its place among 2025’s biggest hits.

Mumbai, Dec 19 : Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar is not just dominating the domestic box office it is making waves globally. As the action-packed gangster saga completes its second week in theatres, the film is rapidly approaching the Rs 800 crore mark worldwide, establishing itself as one of 2025’s most successful releases and breaking multiple records along the way.

The film’s robust overseas performance, combined with a strong hold in India, has turned its two week run into a full-scale victory lap. Trade analysts predict that Dhurandhar will comfortably surpass the Rs 800 crore global milestone over the weekend, supported by steady footfalls across key international markets alongside its sustained domestic performance.

In India, the film has delivered equally impressive numbers. By the end of Day 14, Dhurandhar had amassed Rs 460.25 crore in domestic net collections, reflecting not only a strong opening but consistent audience engagement, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.com.

On Thursday, the film recorded a 29.48% overall occupancy in theatres, with morning shows at 18.28%, afternoon shows climbing to 32.08%, and evening shows peaking at 38.08%.

With these figures, Dhurandhar has firmly secured a position among the top three highest-grossing films of 2025 so far, trailing only Kantara Chapter 1 (Rs 622.04 crore) and Chhaava (Rs 601.54 crore). It has also outperformed recent pan India hits such as Salaar, Jailer, and Leo. On the all time charts, however, titles like Pathaan (Rs 543.09 crore) and Animal (Rs 553.87 crore) still lead, along with upcoming blockbusters like Kalki 2898 AD and Stree 2.

On Thursday alone, Dhurandhar collected Rs 23 crore domestically, pushing its total to 460.25 crore net.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film boasts an ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun. Conceived as the first installment of a two-part gangster saga, the sequel is scheduled for an Eid 2026 release.
