DOMA to organise National event at Jammu to Save Constitution, Save Rights & for restoring Statehood with special rights
Jammu 22 December 2023: Today, Dalit OBC Minority Adivasi Confederation paid tribute to Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar ji through a awareness program, highlighting the rights of these castes. The event included garlanding his picture and paying respects.
Alongside this tribute, the organization demanded Home Minister Amit Shah’s resignation and apology for his remarks against Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s dignity.
According to RK Kalsotra, DOMA, State President, “At a time when a senior government minister, Amit Shah, is insulting Baba Saheb, and this government is pursuing a Hindutva agenda, Dalit OBC Minority Adivasis must unite and strengthen the DoMA Confederation. This unity is crucial for restoring statehood in Jammu and Kashmir, safeguarding the Constitution, and protecting people’s rights.”
The participants in one voice passed a resolution to organize a national-level function of DOMA Confederation in Jammu, inviting the National Chairman of DOMA and leaders from across the country. Discussions will focus on protecting and implementing rights, as well as restoring Jammu and Kashmir’s state status.
