Cultural Reverie: Reasi Sets the Stage for 'Mithian Mithian Gallan' Dogri Song
Reasi, 23-06-2024 : The picturesque locales of Reasi provided the stunning backdrop for the filming of the Dogri song titled ‘Mithian Mithian Gallan’, orchestrated by the talented team from Disha Kala Jagat, Akhnoor. Renowned singer Ashok Kumar lent his melodious voice to the song, which was masterfully directed by Ravi Kumar of Dhanraj Studio Jammu.
Heading the production was Aditya Bhardwaj, with Ravi Kumar Sharma serving as the director. M. Akram Khan skillfully coordinated the entire team, ensuring a seamless production process. The song featured a talented cast including Raja Aamir Khan, Rupali Sharma, Aasim Nadeem, Ambika, Radhika, Nidhi Singh Thakur, and Kajal, who brought the narrative to life through their performances.
Keemat Raj Sharma penned the lyrics, while the music, crafted by Paul Recording Studio Pathankot, added depth to the composition. Aamir Khan handled costume design, ensuring each character’s attire reflected the essence of the song, while Rupali Sharma took charge of makeup, enhancing the visual appeal of the performers.
Local support was instrumental in facilitating the shoot, with ex-JCOs Ch. Aslam and Romail Singh extending their assistance. They expressed appreciation for the attention given to Dogri culture and its promotion through such artistic endeavors.
