Fran Drescher Volunteers to Officiate Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s Future Wedding

India, Feb 02 : Amid swirling speculation about Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s wedding, actor Fran Drescher has revealed she would happily officiate the ceremony if the couple ever asks.

Speaking at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, Drescher addressed the rumours while walking the red carpet in a black sequined gown paired with a statement hat. The veteran star, who shares screen space with Chalamet in Marty Supreme, responded warmly when asked about the possibility of leading the ceremony.

“If they asked me to,” she said in an interview with E!. “I do officiate gay weddings, so I certainly can branch out and officiate this if they want me to.” However, she admitted she isn’t expecting an invitation. “I have a feeling they’re not going to ask,” she added with a laugh.

Beyond the wedding chatter, Drescher spoke fondly of her bond with Chalamet, describing him as “sweet,” “charming,” and somewhat vulnerable off-screen. She recalled a press appearance atop the Empire State Building where the actor, who has a fear of heights, appeared uneasy.

“I kind of felt a need to mother him at that moment,” she shared. “I said, ‘Look, we’re not curing cancer. Let’s get off the roof of the Empire State Building.’”

While she praised his gentle nature in real life, Drescher highlighted his dedication to craft, calling him “a very talented man” and “in search of greatness.”

Though neither Chalamet nor Jenner has confirmed wedding plans, the buzz around Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s wedding continues to captivate fans now with Drescher playfully volunteering to play a special role if the big day ever arrives.
