Govt. should give thrust to talented youths to excel in different fields: Kavinder
Felicitates Mrs India World 2022 Sargam Koushal
JAMMU: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta has urged the J&K Government to help the local talent to groom and shine in national and international arena as youth in the Union Territory have a lot of potential.
Addressing a gathering during a function organized to felicitate Sargam Koushal for bringing honor to Jammu by winning the title of Mrs India World 2022 here at Press Club, Kavinder said that like the new job policy which is in offing, the government should also work in the direction to provide appropriate platforms to talented youths to enable them to earn name and fame in different fields.
Kavinder was chief guest on the occasion while Corporator Amit Gupta and others were special guests. Earlier, Kavinder Gupta felicitated Sargam Koushal, a teacher and model hailing from Jammu, who has recently bagged the title of Mrs India World 2022.
Sargam Kaushal achieved the feat on June 15 2022. She was crowned by Navdeep Kaur, the National Costume Winner in Mrs India World 2021 and Mrs World 2022. Sargam Kaushal will now represent India in Mrs World 2022 after obtaining the title of Mrs India World. Juhi Vyas became the first runner-up, and Chahat became the second.
Kavinder Gupta congratulated her and extended best wishes for her forthcoming events. He said that she has set an example for other women to come forward and live their dreams. He said that she has not only made Jammu proud but the entire country is elated through her success. He said that her family also deserves kudos for allowing her to pursue her dreams and touch the pinnacle of success.
At last Sargam Koushal thanked former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, Corporator Amit Gupta and others and said that it is a matter of immense privilege for her to reach at this level. She said that girls and women of the Temple City should work hard as the sky is the limit for those who believe in them and pursue their dreams by the dint of their hard work.
