South Africa, Oct 22 : South Africa continued their dominant run in the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 by defeating Pakistan by 150 runs in Match 22 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Tuesday, October 21. With this win, the Proteas have now secured five wins in as many matches, earning 10 points and confirming their place in the semifinals.
Australia, with four wins and nine points, slipped to second place but have also qualified for the final four. England occupies third spot, while India remain fourth after losing four consecutive matches. Despite their setbacks, India remain in contention for a semifinal berth along with New Zealand, currently fifth in the table. Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan complete the lower half of the points table.
