Here are some Indian fruits that contain more vitamin C than blueberries:
Amla (Indian Gooseberry):
Amla tops the list with an exceptionally high vitamin C content, ranging from 250–600 mg per 100 grams. Widely used in Ayurveda, it is known for strengthening immunity, improving digestion and promoting glowing skin.
Guava:
Guava is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, providing about 200–230 mg per 100 grams. It also contains fibre and antioxidants, making it beneficial for gut health and heart health.

Papaya:

Kiwi (grown in parts of India):

Orange and Sweet Lime (Mosambi):
Common citrus fruits in Indian households, oranges and mosambi contain between 50–55 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams, making them reliable daily sources of the nutrient.
