Jammu & Kashmir: BSF on High Alert Along International Border Ahead of Diwali
Night patrolling intensified in Arnia Sector as BSF ensures safety for citizens during festive celebrations.
JAMMU, Oct 18: The Border Security Force (BSF) has escalated vigilance along the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Arnia Sector ahead of Diwali, ensuring citizens can celebrate the festival safely. Night patrolling has been intensified to maintain round the clock security in the border areas.
Despite the festive season, BSF personnel remain fully alert and committed to national security. A BSF official stated that the force is prepared to respond to any security challenges, allowing people to enjoy Diwali without fear.
Speaking about the celebrations, a BSF member said, “The message to the public is to celebrate Diwali joyfully with their families, assured that the BSF is vigilant and ready to respond strongly to any threats. We extend Diwali greetings to all citizens and reassure them there is no need to worry as long as the BSF is guarding the borders.”
Another personnel added, “Despite being away from our families, we consider the BSF our family and celebrate Diwali together, just as we would at home. We remain committed to providing security so citizens can enjoy the festivities safely.”
The BSF extended heartfelt Deepawali greetings to all citizens, reaffirming that the force continues to vigilantly guard the borders.
