J&K Government Assigns Accounts Officer to AIIMS Vijaypur for Three Year Tenure
Senior J&K Accounts Officer to Join AIIMS Vijaypur on Three Year Deputation
JAMMU, Jan 22: The Jammu and Kashmir government has deputed Babu Ram, a senior officer of the J&K Accounts (Gazetted) Service, to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Vijaypur, Jammu, for a period of three years.
The deputation has been formalized through Government Order No. 99-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated January 21, 2026, and signed by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju, IAS. The tenure will be governed by the standard terms and conditions outlined under Schedule XVIII of the J&K Civil Services Regulations (Vol-II), read with SRO-192 dated May 28, 2007.
During the deputation, Babu Ram will retain his lien and promotion prospects in his parent department, the Finance Department. The decision follows formal communications from both the Finance Department and the Executive Director and CEO of AIIMS Vijaypur Jammu.
