Jammu and Kashmir government issue Land Allotment Policy 2021-30, which is to be implemented w.e.f 01-04-2021 and it consists of contents like introduction, policy vision, mission, objectives, duration, zonation, application for land allotment, project appraisal & evaluation, land allotment committees, land allotment process, provisional registration, change of location of allotted land, allotment of land to the public utilities, cancellation of lease deed and retrieval, transfer of leasehold rights, ancilarization of premises, de-registration of unit and definition under the policy.
