J&K Resident Commission holds workshop on “Mental Awareness & Work-Life Stress”

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 09: The Resident Commission, Jammu & Kashmir government, organised an exclusive workshop on “Mental Awareness & Work-Life Stress” in collaboration with MAAsterG.

A team of expert doctors, led by Dr. Sunita, Director and Professor at Maulana Azad Medical College, Dr. Siddarth, a renowned Consultant Dermatologist and Skin Specialist and Dr. Rajiv Mehta, Director and Professor of Physiotherapy at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, provided specialized medical services during the event.

The programme was organised in association with the government AYUSH Dispensary, Resident Commission under the supervision of Additional Resident Commissioner, J&K, Anil Sharma.

Around 100 officers and officials of the Resident Commission and its sub-offices participated in the workshop.

The Additional Resident Commissioner, while presenting vote of thanks, said that the session would significantly benefit the employees and staff in managing mental stress and maintaining a healthier work–life balance. He said that similar programmes shall be organised in the coming days.
