KC IT Innoviz 23 begins on school campus

02-11-2023 : The 2nd edition of KC Innoviz-23 commenced today at the multi-sports hall of KC Sports Club. It is based on information technology and is being attended by delegates from various schools from Jammu.

The opening ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chief Guest Mr. Munish Sharma, Vice President of BJP, Jammu. It was followed by Shiv Tandav — a dance performed by senior students in tribute to Lord Shiva. It was followed by a robotic dance graciously performed by younger students and inspired by the ‘Wednesday’ dance.

In his address to the gathering, the chief guest expressed his views on how important technology is and congratulated the school for its effort in organising such a mass event. He appreciated the organizing committee for bringing various schools of Jammu together on a relevant and contemporary matter.

Principal Amarendra Kumar Mishra welcomed the guests and delegates and expressed his appreciation for their participation in the 3 days event from November 2 to 4.

The delegates will take part in various events based on IT such as debugging, video editing, logo making and so on.

The organising committee of KC Innoviz’23 consists of about 50 members, led by the IT Head, Aabhas Upadhyay, Vice IT Head, Avni Datta, and Creative Heads Nitika Bhat and Krisha Gandotra. IT Faculty members Neha Badyal, Shuchi Singh, Suniya and Narinder Kour are providing support as teacher mentors.
