Killing of Innocents by terrorists in Rajouri District Condemnable : Vikrant Kapoor

VDC should be made stronger by arming Them : Hindustan Shiv Sena

Jammu, January 3: Hindustan Shiv Sena State President Vikrant Kapoor strongly condemned the killing of four innocent civilians and injuring several other citizens of India by firing at three houses in Dangri village of Rajouri district on Sunday evening. He also strongly condemned the killing of two children and injuries to many in the IED blast. Along with this, he demanded from the Lieutenant Governor that the Village Defence Committees (VDCs) should be strengthened by giving them more weapons for the safety of the people in the rural areas.

In a statement issued to the press here today, State President of Hindustan Shiv Sena Vikrant Kapoor said these words. He criticized Pakistan for pursuing a policy of hostility against India and harboring terrorists on its soil and Strongly condemned Pakistan for endangering the lives of people and security forces in JK U.T.  He said that Pakistan, which has failed to provide democracy and development to its people, is making every effort to disturb peace in the Jammu and Kashmir UT. He said that no nefarious act of the enemy would be allowed to succeed. He alleged that the present U.T. administration has completely failed to provide security to the people. He said that the UT Government of Jammu and Kashmir has completely failed to stop the perpetrators of such attacks. Such attacks by terrorists aim at U.T. To terrorize innocent people.

He said Sunday’s attack on three houses in Dangri village of Rajouri district would not have been possible without the support of some sleeper cells. He termed the act of terrorists as a cowardly act in which innocent people and even children were targeted. He said that strict action should be taken against the terrorists responsible for this massacre. He also demanded suitable ex-gratia relief for the dependents of the deceased and demanded proper relief to the injured.

He urged the Central Government and the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir to take strict action against the anti-national forces as well as against the neighboring country Pakistan so that such acts are not repeated in the future. Expressing sympathy to the family members of the deceased, Vikrant Kapoor prayed to God to rest their souls in peace and give strength to their family members to bear this loss. He also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
