LAWDA demolishes various illegally raised structures

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 10: The Enforcement Wing of  Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) today demolished one plinth, two single storeys, double-storey, big tin-shed, and one Angle Iron Structure raised illegally, and FIR’s were also lodged against the violators.

The drive was launched within the jurisdiction of LDA under the supervision of the Enforcement Officer in the area of Saidabagh Saida kadal, Batapora, Saderbal Lal Bazar, and Shalimar areas of Srinagar City.

Moreover, a spontaneous night naka drive is presently going on against the tippers/vehicles for carrying illegal construction material, the illegal material has been seized by this wing, and the drive shall continue in the future as well.
