LOK Adalat in Udhampur on May 14, 2022

UDHAMPUR, MAY 09: Secretary, District Legal Service Authority, Udhampur has informed that National Lok Adalat is being held in District Court Complex Udhampur and Tehsil level at Ramnagar, Chenani and Majalta on May 14, 2022.

All the interested Advocates/Litigants who want the settlement of their cases in the Lok adalat shall approach the concerned Courts.

The Lok Adalat will take up Pre-Litigation, Criminal Compoundable and other Civil disputes cases.

PRE- LITIGATION (a dispute which is not filed before the Court):-Cheque dishonor cases under Section 138 Ni Act;  Money Recovery Cases; Labour dispute Cases;  Maintenance Cases; Others (Criminal Compoundable and other Civil Disputes); Traffic  Challans (Parties may visit the concerned Court Complex for disposal of their Challans);

PENDING IN THE COURTS:- Criminal Compoundable Offences; Cheque dishonor cases under Section 138 NI Act; Money Recovery Cases; Motor Accident Claims Cases (MACT); Labour dispute Cases; Matrimonial disputes (except divorce); Land Acquisition Cases; Services matters relating to pay and allowances and retiral benefits; Revenue cases (Pending in District Courts and High Courts only); Other Civil Cases; Traffic Challans (on the Spot).
