Loktantra Bachao Rally: Kavinder accuses Opposition of protecting dynasty politics, corruption

JAMMU,31-03-2024: Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former deputy Chief Minister, has expressed profound disappointment and criticism against the ‘Loktantra Bachao’ rally organized by the INDIA Bloc in response to the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in New Delhi today. He asserted that the opposition’s true motives lie in safeguarding dynasty politics and corruption, rather than upholding the principles of democracy.

In a scathing attack, Kavinder exposed the alleged corruption deeply rooted within these opposition parties. He condemned their dependence on family-centered politics, viewing it as a tactic designed to foster communal, regional, linguistic, and caste divides. He contended that their ultimate goal is to acquire power and manipulate the system for the benefit of their own families, rather than serving the greater interests of the nation.

Kavinder firmly believed in the core values and principles upheld by the Bharatiya Janata Party. He strongly championed transparency, good governance, and equal opportunities for all, emphasizing the need to eradicate the pernicious influence of dynasty politics and corruption from the political landscape.

Reacting to the sharing of the stage by the National Conference and PDP leaders during the rally in New Delhi, Kavinder said there is no need for surprise, attributing it to the inherent power-hungry nature of these so-called regional parties. He characterized their alliance as a coalition born out of necessity rather than shared values, dubbing it as “Majboori Ka Ghatbandhan” – an alliance of convenience. He stated that the National Conference and PDP represent two divergent sides of the same coin, each espousing different ideologies – one advocating for self-rule while the other seeks autonomy.

Kavinder Gupta strongly advises the people not to be swayed or confused by the fleeting and aimless galvanization of poles apart parties. He reminds them that they have a superior option in the form of the nationalist party, the BJP. The BJP, with its unwavering commitment to national interest, offers stability, growth, and progress for the nation as a whole, he added.

The former deputy Chief Minister encouraged the people of Jammu and Kashmir to exercise their discernment and choose wisely in the upcoming electoral process. He emphasized the importance of supporting a party that aligns with the principles of nationalism, development, and inclusive governance, rather than getting entangled in the transient alliances of regional parties.

Meanwhile, the senior BJP leader met with a delegation today and attentively listened to their concerns. He assured them that he would promptly address these issues by taking with the authorities concerned at the earliest.
