Mumbai, Apr 06 : As Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge storms past the ₹1000 crore net milestone at the Indian box office, actor Manav Gohil has shed light on his experience working alongside Ranveer Singh, praising the star’s unmatched commitment to his craft.

Portraying Intelligence Bureau officer Sushant Bansal in the film, Gohil revealed that Ranveer approached every scene with complete immersion. He noted that the actor’s portrayal of dual roles Jaskirat Singh Rangi and undercover operative Hamza Ali Mazari was particularly striking. According to him, the shift from an intense, larger than life persona to a calm, restrained spy showcased a rare range and control.

Gohil emphasized that what sets Ranveer apart is his ability to fully surrender to each moment on screen. He observed that every phase of the film brought out a different layer of the actor, delivered with remarkable ease and authenticity.

Highlighting his co-star’s work ethic, Gohil asserted that Ranveer’s success is well earned. He described the actor’s sincerity as genuine and consistent, adding that such dedication cannot be accidental but is the result of sustained effort and passion.

Gohil shared that the shoot began with a bulked-up version of the character, followed by a noticeably leaner and sharper look later on. He estimated that the actor underwent significant weight loss to achieve the transition, reinforcing his commitment to authenticity.

Beyond the physical demands, Gohil acknowledged the personal and professional pressures Ranveer navigated during filming. From industry expectations to major life events, including the birth of his child, the actor maintained unwavering focus. Gohil remarked that despite these challenges, Ranveer never compromised on his performance, calling this level of dedication an intrinsic part of who he is.
