Mask making programme organized by GDC  Dudu Basantgarh

08-12-2021 : Under the aegis of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahatsov” The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of Government Degree College Dudu Basantgarh organized mask making competition under the mushroom programme for the implementation of new India @75 3rd phase.

As we know the entire world is suffering due to Covid 19 pandemic, for the prevention and control of which, mask-wearing is an important safeguard. Along with medicine, vaccination, we should keep physical distance by wearing masks in order to prevent the spread of this deadly disease. Mask wearing has become an important part of personnel protective equipment during this pandemic.

While kicking the programme to start, Principal Dr. B. C. Anthal motivated the students to make own masks along with its proper use. He told the students to motivate the people of your locality in general and your family in particular about the wearing of masks in order to prevent the spread of this pandemic.

Students of Red Ribbon Club of the college actively participated in the competition in which students of Semester III got first three positions.   Poonam Devi got 1st. position while Akriti got 2nd position and 3rd position was bagged by Radha Devi.

Ms. Anju Devi, Mr. Nazeer Ahmad and Dr. Ravi Kumar acted as jury members who keenly judged the masks prepared by students in terms of design, quality, and economical grounds

The program was organized by the Nodal Officer of RRC of the college Prof. Pradeep Kumar. The overall event was supervised by Prof. Rahul Sharma who congratulated the position holders and ended the program with vote of thanks.
