MC Bari Brahmana organises awareness event under ongoing special drive

SAMBA, SEPTEMBER 29: The Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana, under its special drive under the aegis of “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahoutsav”, organized different activities here at the Public Toilet complex located near Tehsil Office.

The Municipal Committee pasted the QR-Code on either side of the toilet complex to facilitate the public to share their feedback on SBM portal about the availability of electricity, water, and soap, cleanliness of toilet premises, and toilet seat while using the facility.

The Executive Officer MC Jodh Raj welcomed the Chief Guest Tehsildar and the Guest of honour SDPO. He appealed to Bari Brahmana residents to cooperate with the Municipal Committee, Bari Brahmana to keep the city neat and clean and dispose of segregated waste to the door-to-door collection vehicles. He educated the general public about the features of the QR codes and demonstrated its function for the general public as well as PT caretakers.

 The Executive Officer thanked all the participants for their cooperation and for making the function successful.

 The function was convened under the guidance of the Executive Officer and the arrangements were made under the supervision of  Ravinder Kumar Gupta, Assistant Sanitation Officer, and Kamal Kishore, Head Assistant.
