The revelation about the cabinet’s decision came through a social media post made by Minister of State Prahlad Singh Patel on a platform known as “X.” However, Patel promptly deleted the post within an hour of its publication. While no official statement regarding the details of the Cabinet meeting held on Monday, which extended for more than 90 minutes, was released, widespread speculation suggested that it indeed gave its nod of approval to the Women’s Reservation Bill.
