Nashe se Azadi Pakhwada: Group Centre CRPF Hiranagar Launches Anti-Drug Campaign

12-06-2023: GC CRPF Hiranagar organized a Drug Abuse awareness programme on 12/06/2023 under the able leadership of Sh. Manoj Kumar, DIGP, ‘Group Center, CRPF, Hiranagar. Every year 26th June is observed as World Drug Day to raise public awareness about the menace of drug abuse and illicit trafficking. “Nashe se Azadi Pakhwada” started in this Group Center from 12/06/23 to 26/06/23. Group Centre CRPF, Hiranagar conducted an awareness programme on Drug Abuse and drug trafficking and also sensitize the local public about the risk and health issues due to the consumption of Drugs.

All officers, subordinate officers, and Jawans participated in these programme with enthusiasm. Through the Drug Abuse Awareness rally, a successful attempt was made to create awareness among the jawans and the local people about drug abuse and illegal trafficking and the risk caused by the consumption of these drugs. Sh Manoj Kumar, DIGP, ‘Group Center, CRPF, Hiranagar urges all local public and CRPF personnel to make efforts and be aware of your near and dear ones to remain away from this Drug Menace.
