NC Women’s Wing Celebrates Victory, Pledges to Address Public Issues in J&K
Jammu, 09-10-2024: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) Women’s Wing marked the party’s victory in the J&K Assembly elections with a celebratory event in Jammu on October 9. The function was led by Bimla Luthra, former Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) and State Vice President of the NC Women’s Wing.
During the event, Luthra extended her gratitude to the people of Jammu and Kashmir for the overwhelming mandate they provided to the National Conference. She emphasized the vital role women workers played in the party’s success, noting their tireless efforts in mobilizing support, connecting with voters, and ensuring a decisive victory for the party. “The National Conference, as a premier political entity, is committed to forming the government in the upcoming days and addressing the issues faced by the common people,” Luthra asserted, underlining the party’s agenda of prioritizing public welfare.
The event saw the participation of key NC leaders, including Vijay Lochan, Chairman of the SC Cell; Rakesh Singh Raka, Vice President of the Central Zone; Sunil Sharma; Joginder Kaur, District Vice President of the Jammu Urban Women Wing; Jatinder Singh Lucky; Sapna Gill; Bharti Tilky; and Ishtiaq Ahmad.
