Need for App-based taxi services

Dear Madam,

It is high time, app-based taxi services like Uber, Ola, etc. should start in Jammu and Kashmir especially in Jammu and Srinagar cities so that people can easily book taxis and travel to their respective destinations. While e-rickshaw passenger services have started in Jammu, there are no apps to book such e-rickshaw. One has to travel to the stand or to come on the road to hire them to any place in Jammu town. People should come up with the idea of introducing taxis, cabs, and two-wheelers based on mobile apps to book the journey.
