NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2 Registration Opens

NEW DELHI, Sep 3: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has begun the registration process for the second round of NEET UG Counselling 2026, giving medical aspirants another opportunity to participate in the national admission process.
The registration process opened on Thursday, September 3, as candidates seeking admission to undergraduate medical programmes proceed through the next stage of counselling.
The second round is part of the centralised admission process for eligible candidates competing for medical seats through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG).
Candidates participating in the counselling process are required to complete registration and follow the prescribed schedule for choice filling, seat allocation and subsequent admission formalities.
The latest round is expected to be closely watched by students who were not allotted seats in the first round or those seeking an upgrade to their preferred institution.
