O Romeo OTT Release: Shahid Kapoor’s Gangster Drama Set for Digital Premiere
Vishal Bhardwaj’s crime-romance film to stream from March 27 for rental, wider release expected in April
Mumbai, Mar 21 : Shahid Kapoor and Tripti Dimri’s much anticipated film O Romeo is set to make its digital debut after a February 13, 2026 theatrical release. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the crime-romance drama will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
Audiences can rent O Romeo starting March 27, 2026, through Prime Video’s store. A broader release for all Prime subscribers is expected in the second week of April, though an official date has yet to be confirmed.
The film tells the story of a ruthless gangster whose life changes dramatically when he falls in love, blending elements of crime, romance, and intense emotion. Despite a modest box office performance, fans are eager to see how the film resonates on the OTT platform.
