Oasis Reunion Documentary Premieres at Venice Film Festival

VENICE, Sept 6: A documentary capturing Oasis’ much-anticipated reunion and 2025 world tour premiered at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday, bringing the story of Liam and Noel Gallagher’s return to the stage to an international audience.
Titled ‘Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger’, the film follows the British rock band’s Oasis Live ’25 tour, which marked the brothers’ first major public collaboration in more than two decades.
The documentary offers behind the scenes material from the reunion, along with concert footage and interviews connected to the band’s comeback.
The Gallagher brothers had remained apart professionally for years following Oasis’ split, making their decision to reunite one of the most closely followed developments in the music world.
The 2025 tour took the band to audiences across several regions, including North America, Asia, Australia, South America and Europe. Performances in their hometown of Manchester became particularly significant moments during the comeback.
The documentary’s Venice premiere places the band’s reunion story within one of the world’s most prominent international film festivals and gives fans a closer look at the scale of the comeback.
‘Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger’ is scheduled to reach select IMAX and cinemas on September 11, followed by its streaming release on Disney+ internationally.
