One humble action is a loud message against hate – Rajput
Locals demand Congress leadership to apply pressures for statehood.
Jammu, Dec 22—AICC Spokesperson Surinder Singh Rajput today visited the residence of Kuldeep Sharma & his daughter Tania to convey appreciation from the Congress party, especially LOP Shri Rahul Gandhi ji for spreading the loud message of peace, religious harmony & brotherhood by offering land to a journalist whose house was selectively bulldozed by the authorities,in Jammu, recently.
AICC Spokesperson Surinder Singh Rajput alongwith Working President Shri Raman Bhalla Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma & other Congress leaders including Narinder Gupta, Ex corporators Satish Sharma,Balbir Balli & Vijay Malhotra Sanjeev Panda, Neeraj Gupta, Manjit Bedi, Ashok Sharma, Pawan Sharma , Jatin Vashisht, S Inderjeet Singh & others visited the residence of Shri Kuldeep Sharma and felicitated him and his daughter Miss Tania for their marvelous deed of sending a loud message of humanity brotherhood and opening a shop of love & affection ( Mohabat ki Dukaan) in the atmosphere of hate and division being created by certain forces, for their vote bank politics,at the cost of unity in diversity.
Felicitating ,the father-daughter duo, the AICC Spokesperson said that their humble message is a loud signal to all those spreading hatred, apart from standing tall against injustice by the authorities, against a journalist on a selective basis.
Congratulating them on behalf of the Congress party, especially Shri RahulGandhi, Shri Rajput told them they acted as messengers of peace, harmony and brotherhood, for which our leader Shri Rahul Gandhi walked through the length and breadth of the country under Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Congratulating them for a goodwill gesture and great message of humanity, Shri Rajput told them that their humble gesture carries a great message across the country and spread the message of mutual co existence in harmony.
The Senior Congress leaders extended full support to the father-daughter duo for their mission of peaceful coexistence and brotherhood.
Later ,Shri Rajput interacted with the local residents of Krishna Nagar at Shaheed Bhagat Singh park and listened to their demand for early restoration of statehood to J&K. They urged him to request Congress high command to apply pressure of Congress and entire INDIA block to restore full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, as promised time and again over 6 years.
He assured the people to convey their sentiments and genuine concern to the Congress high command for appropriate action to fulfill the justified demand of people of J&K.
