HYDERABAD, Nov 26: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday underscored India’s growing investment appeal, declaring that the nation has emerged as a trusted partner for global investors. Speaking after virtually inaugurating French aerospace giant Safran’s Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for LEAP engines in Hyderabad, he said the new unit will generate significant employment opportunities for young professionals.
Modi noted that India has undertaken extensive reforms to improve the ease of doing business, including the decriminalisation of hundreds of business-related provisions. He added that the National Single Window System has streamlined procedures by bringing multiple approvals onto one platform, further strengthening investor confidence.
