Additionally, Prime Minister Modi fondly remembered the birth anniversary of India’s second Prime Minister, Lal Bahadur Shastri. Shastri, known for his simplicity and unwavering dedication to the nation, is immortalized for his iconic slogan, ‘Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan’—an expression of solidarity with both the soldiers and farmers of India.
