Principal District Judge of Leh Given Additional Charge as Member Secretary of LLSA
Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh High Court assigns the role until further orders.
JAMMU, Dec 31: The Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has assigned the additional charge of Member Secretary of the Ladakh Legal Services Authority (LLSA) to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Leh.
According to the High Court order, the arrangement will remain in effect until further instructions. The move ensures the continued functioning of the LLSA under experienced judicial supervision.
The LLSA plays a key role in providing legal aid and promoting access to justice in the Union Territory of Ladakh, and this temporary assignment is part of the High Court’s administrative measures.
