Purnima terms Rajouri terror attack as critical act of violence

JAMMU: Purnima Sharma, Spokesperson J&K BJP and former Deputy Mayor Jammu today condemned the terror attack in Rajouri terming it as critical act of violence and sought befitting penal action against the perpetrators of this horrendous crime in which many lives including two tiny tots perished and several others received grievous injuries.

In a statement issued here today, the former deputy Mayor urged the J&K UT administration headed by LG Sinha to leave no stone unturned to book the terrorists involved in this cowardly act of violence. She said that Centre is committed provide foolproof security to people living on edge in the remote areas especially those belonging to vulnerable minorities. She said Centre has deputed additional 18 companies to Jammu and Kashmir to tackle the present situation.

The Spokesperson said that whosoever has carried out this horrendous act will have to pay a big price as the government will track them down and ensure that they get a befitting punishment under law of the land.

Purnima extended her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed to God to grant eternal peace to the departed souls and give courage to bear this irreparable loss.
