Rashtrapati Bhavan’s Amrit Udyan Opens to Public from Feb 3 to Mar 31
Visitors can explore the iconic garden six days a week with free entry and shuttle services available
New Delhi, Jan 21: The Amrit Udyan at Rashtrapati Bhavan will be open for public viewing from February 3 to March 31, 2026, the President’s Secretariat announced on Wednesday.
Visitors can access the garden six days a week from 10 am to 6 pm, with the last entry at 5:15 pm. The garden will remain closed on Mondays for maintenance and on March 4 for Holi.
Booking and entry are free of cost, and visitors can reserve their slots online at visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in
. Walk-in visitors can use self service registration kiosks available near the entry point.
Entry and exit will be through Gate No. 35 of the President’s Estate, located near the intersection of North Avenue and Rashtrapati Bhavan. For convenience, a shuttle bus service will operate from Central Secretariat metro station to Gate No. 35 every 30 minutes between 9:30 am and 6 pm. Shuttle buses will be marked with the banner “Shuttle Service for Amrit Udyan.”
The move allows the public to enjoy the famed gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan, offering a glimpse of its natural beauty and landscaped charm during the vibrant pre-summer season.
