Reasi administration sets up 24×7 Emergency Operation center

REASI, JULY 13: In view of the ongoing monsoon season and to tackle any disaster-related issue, District Administration Reasi has set up an Emergency Operations Centre in the DC office complex for monitoring the overall situation.

The centre will function round the clock (24×7) to deal with any exigency and all the concerned departments will work in an integrated manner to tackle public grievances effectively

The emergency center will collect daily reports from the concerned department in the disaster-prone areas and effectively resolve any issue of the public in an emergency situation.

The Deputy Commissioner, Charandeep Singh said that through this center all the departments will work in close coordination by disseminating the information to the concerned department for effective redress of public grievances related to Heavy Rainfall, Landslides, Flash floods, water, electricity, road connectivity, etc.
