“Rubina Dilaik Advocates Mental Health Awareness with Her 2026 Mantra”
The television star says she plans to focus on emotional well-being, work-life balance and setting healthy boundaries in the coming year.
Mumbai: Television actress Rubina Dilaik has shared her personal mantra for 2026, placing mental health and emotional well-being at the centre of her priorities while consciously choosing to distance herself from negativity.
Rubina took to Instagram to share a video of herself undergoing a hair and scalp treatment at a Japanese salon. In the caption, she posed a reflective question to her followers: “Do you make New Year’s resolutions?” She added that instead of lofty promises, she prefers making small commitments to herself.
Revealing her mantra, the actress wrote, “So my mantra for 2026 is… detox both negative thoughts and people from my life.” She further listed her goals for the year, which include focusing on mental health, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, creating firm boundaries, staying authentic, and knowing when to surrender and have faith.
Rubina began her television career with “Chotti Bahu” and went on to feature in popular shows such as “Saas Bina Sasural,” “Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed,” “Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev,” “Jeannie Aur Juju,” and “Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki.” She has also appeared in reality shows including “Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 12” and “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.”
She made her film debut in 2022 with “Ardh,” alongside Rajpal Yadav and Hiten Tejwani.
Most recently, Rubina was seen in the couple’s reality show “Pati Patni Aur Panga,” which showcased real-life relationships through themed challenges and games. She also appeared in “Laughter Chef Fun Unlimited 2,” where she reunited with singer Rahul Vaidya, her former co-contestant from “Bigg Boss 14.”
