Sagar seeks effective arrangements on the eve of Maha Shivratri (Herath)
Calls for collective efforts of all stakeholders to facilitate a spiritually enriching Maha Shivratri celebration
Srinagar, 03 Mar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar on Sunday asked the incumbent LG administration to make effective arrangements for the upcoming Maha Shivratri festival.
He asked the divisional administration to give necessary directions to concerned DCs to make all necessary arrangements in advance to avoid any inconvenience to devotees at all major temples and shrines. He called for the collective efforts of all stakeholders to facilitate a spiritually enriching Maha Shivratri celebration.
“Fisheries department should be directed to supply quality and hygienic fish during the period of festival and organise special Fish sale camps at all the migrant camps in Jammu division and areas having Kashmiri Pandit community and other key locations in Kashmir division,” he added.
