Section 144 CrPC imposed in and around examination centres at Anantnag

ANANTNAG, NOVEMBER 8   In order to ensure smooth and fair conduct of the HS Class 12th examinations commencing from 9-11-2021to 4-12-2021 District Magistrate Anantnag,  Dr Piyush Singla today imposed restrictions under Section 144 CrPC in and around the notified examination centres. SSP Anantnag has been directed to implement the order in letter and spirit by deploying adequate police personnel. There will be a ban on the assembly of four or more persons and a ban on the use of loudspeakers within the notified radius of examination centres.
