SEHAT: Special registration drives being launched in Rajouri to cover left out beneficiaries

RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 05: Revamping its efforts to register all the eligible beneficiaries of the district under SEHAT scheme, the District Administration Rajouri is organising special registration camps at different locations from Feb 2, 2022 to Feb 9, 2022.

The registration camps are being organised on the directions of the District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal.

The main aim behind the scheme is to extend health insurance coverage to all residents of Jammu and Kashmir and SEHAT stands for Social, Endeavour for Health and Telemedicine.

The special registration camps would be held in the Panchayats with maximum pendency.

Arogya Mitras have been directed to share their IDs with the VLEs; they have also been asked to attend the camps in person to ensure maximum registration under the scheme.

The incharge panchayat officers along with the Block Medical Officers would also mobilise the public and monitor the registration activities personally. They would also record the details of the missing families so that the same may be added on the next day as well.
